REALTOR Association Websites
A task force was formed among their tech-savvy members who developed their requirements based on the features available at some of the best Association websites in the nation.
Then they invited trusted web developers to present to their group and bid on their custom development project.
We were fortunate to be chosen based on our ability to deliver the features that they desired, at a price that was within their budget, with a flexible open source platform that would grow and change with them, and our ability to provide the support that they would need now and in the future.
They needed a complete MLS IDX property search for the public, community links and tools for the public to participate, as well as a complete on-line membership portal for their hundreds of agent, broker and affiliate members.
Students of their Real Estate School can now learn all about the classes, schedules, and the instructors right on their website. Students can register and pay for their classes on line, and their website keeps track of the class roster and all the details.
It is so easy for them to do a great job of communicating to all their members now. Many of their 'old' practices could be put aside and so could many of their 'old' systems of filing data and details. All their committee meeting notes, committee members, and the details associated with the many activities performed at the Association are now easily accessible to all the members right on their new website.
They do a great job communicating daily news, activities and special events to the public and to all their members!
